Build Mode Spire & Landgraab Apartments: Only First Floor Available

I am working on building a new save file. However, when I try to do build mode for the Spire & Landgraab apartments, only the first floor will show. Outside of build mode, all the floors show.  I do...

    Thank you so much for your help! I feel very dumb as the reason the cheat bar wasn't opening was due to the snipping tool being open... I had used that tool to take the images to show that the build mode was bugging. 😅 Now that the snipping tool isn't open, the cheat bar will open. 😄

    Do you happen to know why the Spire & Landgraab apartments are not loading correctly in build mode? The first floor is still the only one that is showing in build mode.

      This is my only save file in the Sims 4... I deleted the rest because I had too many and was never playing them anyway. Which is why I started making my own save file with cool builds & sims from the gallery! I am really liking it so far. I am really hoping to be able to fix the issue with the two apartment lots in City Living.

        Maybe something is broken about that blank save game ? Does it happen if you make a new save game for testing purposes ?
