can I split stacks of items in sims 4

I saw someone had this issue and it was marked as solved by - there is no ability to do this in sims 4 pc. 

However I figured out the answer! You CAN move multiple items from a big stack. 

I have attached an image of my inventory to show for help. 

All you have to do is first click on the number of the stack, which will open up the items in the stack. Then you simply click multi stack/on and then you can click on multiple items in the stack to select them, and move them all to another sim, or to sell, or set down as a new stack!
