Cannot go through main gate in Selvadorada - balloon with bike

My Sims have already explored Selvadorada once. I have tried to go back, they use the machete to go through the first gate, succeed, but cannot go through. They wave their hand and a conversation bal...

I've done that several times and with multiple families. Does not work...

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.

If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

    That’s not it, sorry... I’ve never used mods.
