Cannot travel
After this latest update I am stuck on the travel screen. The box blinks and I cannot click on the x or the check. I alt f4 to close my game
sadtigger Please try a factory reset and see whether the issue persists.
- Close the game
- Rename the Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts (pick whatever new name you want)
- Run a game repair (EA App > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair OR Steam > Sims 4 > Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of the game files
- Launch the game. Your saves and other data won't load, but it will still all be intact in the folder you moved and can be restored later
- Start a new save and see whether you still have this issue
- Don't use a Gallery sim or anything you've created, just a fresh sim on a default EA lot
