Can't built walls on the foundation/base

If I built a wall on a base/foundation then walls are not created on the foundation but instead in the front of it or in the foundation I already contact the support and tried the normal troubleshoo...

@Bluebellflora Hi. It works now. I reinstalled the game and origin again and after it it works.

Click Reply, not Quick Reply, and then click on the picture icon in the menu bar of the reply field.

Yeah, the Reply button seemed to be glitching for a while...

Thanks for the picture, it look's like you have been using the platform tool:

You can either use the deck tool and raise it using the arrows or build a room and raise it using the arrows:

  @Bluebellflora I tried it with the foundation height as well, its the same, the wall is in the foundation.

    Can you please post a screenshot showing it happening with the foundation? It's a bit odd.
    
    Have you tried repairing your game?
