Can't buy a small business lot at all

Hello, there is no option to buy a small business lot in the phone, computer, or business tab. I can only own a small business if I live on the lot and register the lot which I don't want to do in this case. I see you're supposed to be able to purchase a small business lot separate from your home lot, but the option is not there. I have the lot venue type set as small business and fulfilled the required items. It's not on a penthouse lot either.

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.
    • What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
    • you don't have this option on your phone

    Yes, sorry I've been having issues logging into the EA site to update this. I had to uninstall and reinstall the game which fixed it for me
