Fridutt That sounds like you have an invisible object stuck on at least one tile. Since you said it's on the corner of the lot, I'm not sure this will work for you. But, if you can, draw a small room around the tile(s), then delete it. That might clear the tile. If the tile(s) is an edge tile, then the only option is to save the lot as it is to your Library, bulldoze the lot, then replace the lot while you are on the lot. Not sure that will work but it does sometimes. Since the chickens are attached to the coop, you might have to buy them again too.
