Can't scramble monitor traffic, Batuu Resistance

@jpkarlsen ANd what if you cannot ANALYZE it? It's greyed out for me. My only option is for my droid to scan OR to scramble, but I get shocked EVERY TIME. I bought 20 dataspikes. I'm unable to do it. Daytime. Nighttime. With FIrst Order around. With no one around. Without a droid. With a droid. NOT WORKING. So this answer doesn't help. Has anyone gotten this to work?
