Cas issues

I am having some issues when I go into cas. Like everything is zoomed in or something. I can't desscirble it well without a picture which I have one. I haven't had this issue before not until just now when I got my new laptop. But the mods I'm using they are all the same and they are all updated. The only change that was made other than getting a new laptop was I got some new cc but no new mods. I tried playing

around with the settings but the issue is still the same. I'm not sure if maybe I like updated one of the mods incorrectly or what, but do you see how over the hair it doesn't give me all the options available
