Cats and dogs pack not showing up

I'm a bit frustrated. I don't know if it bc of the new update but when I wanna to finally buy the cats and dogs pack it wasn't showing on the marketplace anymore, like at all!! So I can go to the ap...

Hey Lucky3409,

If you navigate to Marketplace > My Collection, does the pack appear to be deactivated? In that case, you'll need to click 'Pack Selection,' select the Cats and Dogs pack, and confirm to reactivate it.

If the pack doesn't appear under My Collection, please check whether it shows as 'Owned' in the EA app and whether an EP04 folder exists on your device.
