Cheat codes that do not work

There is an ice skating ring next to my sims lot I can take my sim there to visit but I want to edit that lot first. The ice skating ring is awkwardly placed and I want to move it and it would be nic...

    It is not a lot so cheats will not work. It is spawned there by the game. There is nothing you can do about it.

You can use it on any community lot. Library, bar or whatever.

Notice that you risk breaking some lots if you use it. Specifically the Hospital and the Jail (Get to Work) plus the Studio (Get Famous).
