Cheats not working

First type in the cheat bar
testingcheats on
Hit enter and it should say cheats are enabled.
Then you have a choice of one of the following commands:
kaching (adds 1000 simoleons)
motherlode (adds 50,000 simoleons)
Or for an exact amount
money 000 (to reduce to no money) or change to the exact amount you want.
I tried doing testingcheats on and it says the same thing
