@crinrict To get the white one? I only got the blue one and the black one at level 2.
@SqueamishNerd yes, the white one also unlocked at level two for me
I tried another cop, but I only got the blue and the black cap this time too when getting to level 2, no white cap. ☹️

- @SqueamishNerd Maybe this is an issue female/male as you seem to have tested a male Sim and I tested a female Sim.
Can you test if you have it on the female Sims ? I will test male later on when I'm through with the rest of AHQ. @crinrict The first cop I tested with was female, here is what it looks like in CAS for her:
The female cop, i.e. my first cop, is in one save-file, and the male cop is in another save-file, so it's not a problem with the save-file either.
I got the white hat now! It was at level 10 after all. I was so sure that my first cop was at level 10, but turns out she was at level 8. (I'm surprised that I didn't think of taking a closer look at that earlier.) I thought the title "Polismästare" (literally "Police Master") meant "Chief of Police", but it meant "Colonel". 🤦 "Chief of Police" is apparently "Polischef" in Swedish.
