[CL] Hire Singer on Microphone
It would be awesome if Sims can hire a singer on the microphone. That way, they can have a singer at their wedding or at a party.

@canelacaliente That's a good idea! "XP" and 'Me Too' from me! If you put the mic up and have a good singer in your household you could queue them up to sing a bunch, as a workaround for that goal.
