[CLOSED] Blast From the Past: Study Historical Display not appearing

I just started the event and am now stuck on this objective. My sim is at Willow Creek museum and is able to view art and sculptures but there is no option to study. No mods and on pc.

I selected “view” (as it had the even icon next to it).  After a couple minutes doing that it completed the objective for me.
