My problem was that my Sim was at Magnolia Park doing the previous task and met and introduced herself to Emit then. So, when that task cleared and she got the prompt to introduce herself to him there was no way of doing it.
It’s a CC-free save I’m using just to play through the various events, so I just quit without saving and replayed her day from before she met Emit and it was fine the second time, but out of order completed tasks should really just drop off and give you the points, not stick around making it impossible to progress. Others have in the past so I guess this one was just an oversight.
msarrowette Which introduction did you use ?
Can’t 100% guarantee it a couple of days on, but probably Friendly both times. I almost never use anything other than Friendly (or occasionally Respectful) unless it’s for story purposes.
