cpp_message error

Lately whenever I try to load into a lot, I get a Better Exceptions report stating a cpp_message. I have removed every single mod and cc file and deleted the local thumb cache file as well. The error still presents itself. I saw another post with a similar issue and they stated it was a house they had in the save file, but this happens for any lot I load into so I have no way of knowing if one house in particular is causing this. I've already duplicated the save file and have begun bulldozing every lot but so far the message continues to pop up. I'm going to continue bulldozing lots but I'm hoping someone might have a better and/or faster solution! I've attached the BE report. Thank you!!!
