Before the fix released on Tuesday, I was able to use Ctrl + 9 to move objects up without any issue. Now no matter what I do it no longer works. I've tried Shift+ 9, but that takes me directly to the roof of my building. I've looked to see if I accidentally saved a camera angle, but there isn't anything there when I go into the file. What else can I do? Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

If it gets deleted, then it's not the issue here.

When I go to check the the VideoCameraStatus folder, a file appears, but when I go to delete it, it's already gone. How do I reach the ini file?
Do you have no files in the VideoCameraStates folder at all or is the ini file empty ?
Yes. I've tried everything and ever since the fixes went out, ctrl + 9 no longer works.
