Desperate - Saves won't load since update

fairfowle​  Just so we're on the same page, it looks like you have only three saves: 2, 3, and 6.  The files with a .verx extension are slightly older versions of these same saves; they're not your older saves that went missing when you updated the game.

You can load these backups if you want to see for yourself, of course.  Renumber the saves so they don't conflict with your existing ones, for example Slot_00000012.save rather than 00000002.  The number needs to be eight hexidecimal (0 to 9, a to f) digits long, and the name overall can't have any extra characters, or the game won't read it.

As for finding your older saves, please go to onedrive.com and check both My Files and the Recycle Bin.  Rather than doing anything with what you find, please simply post screenshots of any files that look like saves, whether they have a .verx extension or not.
