Not a pack but you might like playing The Murkland Challenge by @Brennachan
She has transformed Oasis Springs into a Post-Apocalyptic themed world complete with creative lots with unique households.
You will need a few key packs like Outdoor Retreat for the tents and such.
No Custom Content or Mods were used.
