111 is usually a broken object on the lot, most often a place for custom food that was removed from the game.
To fix it, load the lot in build mode and delete any empty plates you find. If you can't delete a certain plate, place it on a counter and delete the counter.

crinrict , thanks your advice, I managed to get into build mode and found a plate and put it on the side like you suggested and then tried to load the family however it came up with the same error?

did you delete the plate ? It needs to be removed from the game completely.
If it doesn't allow you to delete, put it on a counter and delete the counter.

It won't let me delete it and I've put it on a counter, any other suggestions?

Ok, so it seems to work when I've put the plate in my inventory in build mode but not if the plate is on the counter.
It won't let me or my sim delete, wash, put in the bin or in the dishwasher.

Did you delete the counter ? That usually deletes the plate with it. Other option is to put it on the floor, build a room around it and delete the room.

This keeps happening to me too. I have tried these solutions in the past and they've worked, but this time I can't find any plates anywhere. I don't know what to do.

HI mvenhor
there could be other objects causing this.
Unfortunately there's no easy way to troubleshoot this if it's not a plate.
Do make sure you also delete all plates in the inventories of Sims and the fridge. If it still doesn't work, follow these steps.
- Backup your save game
- Start the save and enter the lot in build mode
- Do a 50/50 on rooms. Basically start with whole floors. Delete all the rooms on the top floor first, check if it loads.
- Once you figured out the floor, close the game without saving and reload the save with the building all there (if you saved by accident, create a copy of your backup to put back)
- Now you do the same for rooms. Start deleting rooms on that floor until it loads.
- Once you figured out the room, you can start to delete objects until you find the culprit.
