Do they have a good relationship with the grandmother? Maybe they ALL have to have a good relationship before that is fulfilled. I am playing this one too, everyone has a good relationship with the grandmother, but not with each other and I am working on those relationships.
They are all good friends with the grandmother, also none of them have any negative sentiments with her, so I really don't know what the problem is. Maybe it's a bug?
