Family potrait free stuff pack

I have a question there is a free stuff pack but i dont have it and I don't know how to get it because its not even showing the icon so i can redeem it with sims mobile is it not available yet in the...

    @Babeylieff The offer to get family portrait is no longer available at all. There's no chance of getting it unfortunately.

@Babeylieff Some countries never got the offer and you did need Sims Mobile.

Mobile should be available to download in your country though.
