Family Recipe Special Touch makes my sim fight

I have the Business and Hobbies expansion pack. Now my Sim keeps fighting NPCs (or NPCs start the fight) before I can notice and stop the action.  She keeps making enemies and unlocking angry recipe...

    Do you have the Eco Lifestyle pack and have the Rough Housing Encouaged NAP active? That could be causing the fighting to occur. Because of the fighting, then the special touch is unlocked.
