we are having same problem. hopefully developers will make available.
You may be able to if you can get a PHYSICAL copy.
You can get a usb CD reader, Wine(a Windows emulator for chromebooks), and a 16gb SD
It will take a while for you to get Wine set up,i might add.
If not you can find a old office compter to run it on.(It has very low specs)
