No, the Sims 4 does not run on a Chromebook. Sims 4 needs either macOS or Windows to run. There's also a console version available for XBox 1 and PS4.

I have the same problem, My chromebook is a newer version. I have HP though. It won't let me download any games accept the ones in the chrome web store. I want Sims 4 though!!

Chromebooks don't support The Sims 4 at this moment.
So the only way you can play is on MAC or Windows.I have the sims 4 disc but I have chrome. If you have the disc, is there a way you can install it on chrome ??

@Isaiah7684 No, Sims 4 still can't be played in Chrome OS. Even if it could, Chromebooks still mostly have hardware that's too weak to properly support the game.
