Chromebooks don't support The Sims 4 at this moment.
So the only way you can play is on MAC or Windows.

I have the sims 4 disc but I have chrome. If you have the disc, is there a way you can install it on chrome ??

  @Isaiah7684 No, Sims 4 still can't be played in Chrome OS. Even if it could, Chromebooks still mostly have hardware that's too weak to properly support the game.
