Fear of eviction even though Sim is the property owner

My Sim has developed a “fear of eviction” even though he is the Property Owner. No CC, only mod is MCCC. No way to get rid of the fear except to use aspiration points in with a “fear be gone” potion and I should not have to waste this as the fear shouldn’t develop in the first place!
