Fear of failure seems to be bugged
I keep on getting fear of failure all the time even when i am fulfilling my sim's aspirations.

Is your sim cooking low quality meals, or crafting items that are low quality, or painting low quality paintings? These things can trigger that fear. Also poor work performance.
