The Borderline 3 cover shows one single character no couple. Even if there had been a couple they would have had to be doing something classified as gay such as kissing, holding hands or be shown in a wedding scenario to violate the propaganda law.
This is probably DLC, I don't know, I'm not familiar. But this is released in Russia with this cover and it has 18+ rating on it.
May I add, this DLC is being sold in PHYSICAL stores with the same cover. EA's decision makes no sense, they need to explain this properly.

@Akatafary Thanks for sharing that twitter thread. I hope everyone takes a few minutes to read it. It's too easy for people who aren't living it to sit back and make judgements about the plight of the Russians. Maybe some will think it's silly to get upset about a video game but I believe these things matter and can make a huge difference in people's lives. The privileged ones, who've never felt any sort of oppression, simply don't understand.
@mahpella I don't know why you're yelling at me. I'm pretty sure we're on the same side of this. EA suggested they would have to change the story. We still don't know the full extent of it. Regardless, whatever the reason, I simply meant that I support the decision to not change anything. That doesn't mean I support the decision to not release the content in Russia. I don't support that at all.
