Sorry to hear about your experience in-game since that update. It sounds like you're facing a couple of bugs that we already have reports open for: [READ FIRST] Compiled list of reported Issues. So please take a look at the threads that reflect what you're facing and share the requested information to help us investigate.
Regarding the crashing you've mentioned on PC, please go through this crashing guide and see if you notice any improvements. If not, feel free to create a thread in our PC Technical Issues board or our Console Technical Issues board for what you're encountering on Xbox.
