forever loading screen when going into manage worlds

i was going into manage worlds and my loading screen was going forever. i got a last exeption report. i tested without mods and the issue still occours.
never cc or mods

    So i fixed it, i uninstalled the packs where i had duplicate worlds and for rent, then i re installled them all, it took a few tries to remove the packs.

Can you explain how you did this? You just uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times until it worked?
