I've used both alt keys, no difference.
I deleted that file and created a new save and still alt place didn't work.
@QFirefrorefiddle Dang! I quite often use the alt key to place things so I know how aggravating that must be. The only other thing I can think of is perhaps try a different keyboard. Otherwise, I'm out of ideas. :-(
If that doesn't work, I do hope someone else has an idea.
