Friend of the World BFF vs Social Butterfly BFF
Okay so... My spouse and I have been playing together and we're both new to the ps4 as well as the Sims. Been having a blast!
But we've recently run into an issue with the Aspirations. Two of our Sims were childhood BFF as per the Social Butterfly achievement as kids. They've been BFFs growing up, teen sweethearts, soulmates, and they're now engaged.
One of them is working on Friend of the World and it now says to make a BFF. They're recognized as BFFs in every way but this one aspiration.
A quick google said to make them hate each other and start over which kind of ruins the whole vibe. Is this a bug? Is there another way without cheats? Or has that Sim's time been wasted on this Aspiration and they're just gonna have to live with other friendships deteriorating?

You can only be BFF with one at a time so make one of them become BFF with someone else then you can make them BFF again with no ill effects.
