Full toddler taskbar

I just adopted a toddler into my sims’ home and she has this glitch where her tasks are full or her face and I can’t delete them. They also keep adding on there making it impossible to do anything else. Had anyone else experienced this?

    Thank you for this suggestion, I will try this. I had just been closing out the game and going back in. I’ll try traveling, thank you you!
