I've been trying to get the gallery work for several weeks at this point. I get to the page where it prompts you to connect, but it gets stuck infinitely on loading "Attempting to Connect." I've done all the things--cache, firewall, antivirus, checking my internet, validating my files, etc. I have no idea what to do. I can access everything else in the game except for the gallery. What should I do?
