Gallery Stuck In Infinite Connecting Screen

I’ve tried EVERYTHING it feels like! I’ve:
- deleted the local cache folder
- deleted the online cache folder
- deleted all screenshots/videos
- deleted all but 3 lots in my library
- deleted all “last exception” and “last crash report” files
- tried removing the tray folder
- restarted EA app
- restarted my PC
- tried to load the gallery after i took my mods folder out (i have almost 5g of cc)
- repaired the entire game (and all the packs downloaded)
AND NOTHING HAS WORKED!!! ☹️ I’m just stuck on the “attempting to connect” page, and i know its not my pc’s connection as the wifi works fine. What else can I do?
