Why cant I connect to my sims 4 gallery?
I have tried to delete my game, take away mods, disconnect my internet and reconnect, take away cc, I've repaired the game, reset my pc, I've tried to turn off the feature to go on the gallery and turned it back on and all it does is sit there and load after I click connect online. I've had this problem go on for a month or two now, maybe more but I cant really remember. I've had the game for for more than a year and this is the first time this has happened to me.

Hi @Sknite1 , have you tried adding EA app and The Sims 4 as an exclusion to Windows Security? It can help with this type of issue. You can add the following files to the exclusion:
- EADesktop.exe, EALauncher.exe & EABackgroundService.exe in C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop
- The Sims 4.exe file located in C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4
