I first started playing through Steam app but it really wont let me connect to the gallery. I kept searching for possible solutions to my problem but to no success. So, i thought maybe i need to switch to EA app. Well it indeed let me access gallery but whenever i try to play it just keep crashing. So, i once again installed it through Steam with fresh files (no mods and ccs), and it still wont let me connect to gallery. So, can you pls help me, i really want to be able to access the gallery

Community ManagerHey @stellieishere , have you tried adding EA app as an exclusion to Windows Security? It can help with this type of issue. You can add the following files to the exclusion:
EADesktop.exe, EALauncher.exe & EABackgroundService.exe in C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop
Hi, sorry for the late reply. But yes I tried doing that but it still wont work. Im currently playing sims through Steam and my only issue is that the gallery wont load
