Community ManagerHey @stellieishere , have you tried adding EA app as an exclusion to Windows Security? It can help with this type of issue. You can add the following files to the exclusion:
EADesktop.exe, EALauncher.exe & EABackgroundService.exe in C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop
Hi, sorry for the late reply. But yes I tried doing that but it still wont work. Im currently playing sims through Steam and my only issue is that the gallery wont load
