Right after I downloaded the last the two kits, the Oasis pool one, or whatever it was called. And the cozy bistro, my gallery access didn't work. It hasn't worked since. I have done everything possible that I can. I have completed many lists.
To turn my phone in a hotspot, I think I have to upgrade my phone plan. I don't know that is something I want to do.
But I have made a few posts about this. I am not sure if I should make a new one or try and revive the old one. But is there any help coming from EA? I can't imagine unless the kits disrupted my connection somehow it is my computer. Everything I have tried doesn't help.

I also still get the error code on startup up about Sims delivery.
And if we got an update Tuesday, I didn't see my game updated or an option to update.

I’m playing on a PC, Desktop.
I tried a different hot spot with unlimited internet and still did not get a connection to the gallery.
