I've had The Sims 4 since it came out in 2014 and across many pc's in different countries and continents,
I HAVE NEVER been able to access the gallery.
Now it's bugging me bc I can't get the Reapers Rewards.
Can anyone help me finally after all these years?
Fresh install never used mods.

The image attatched - It just continues to attempt to connect with the loading animation for 10+ minues. Years ago it used to stop and say something like, "unable to connect, try again/stay disconected?"
