Game after update crashes

Since I updated the game, every time I want to interact with a sim they just dance and reset right after. Interactions are very glitchy and my sims also become mean to each other for no reason. I can't queue interctions anymore, they keep cancelling themselves. It's so frustrating. I removed my mods folder to test and the game was still not working even without the mods. I hope this gets fixedf soon. It's so unbearable when the game stops working.
