Game says my Sim owns a small business lot, but I can't sell it.

For some reason, while playing as one sim, the game suddenly shows an NPC Sim owns my small business lot. But when I play that NPC, I can't sell it. It doesn't show up as owned. It doesn't show up as...

Does it say on the business panel of your sim that your sim owns it, but on the manage worlds screen that an NPC owns it?

On the business panel it says the sims does NOT own it. Only her residence. But on the manage world screen it shows her picture and says she owns it.
