Gameplay issues

My sims eyes are messed up and I can't even put tattoos on my sims anymore this some bs quit playing the game for a few months and come back to it to be filled with bugged things that worked previously way to ruin the game smh this stuff should be fixed there's no reason for it to be messed up after how long it's worked
