How do I Game transfer to a new computer?

@Psychotps I already disassembled other computer I thought I can download the entire thing from off the website and the games I purchased and put it back on my new computer...Uggg ty
@MsDebbieB Well, you can. But that will only be the game itself. Your saved games won't come across unless you copy them from the path I mentioned in my previous post.
- @Psychotps what about all my expansion packs I bought?
- @MsDebbieB Just install Origin and sign in using the same account you had on your previous PC. Everything will be there. Games, expansions, DLC, everything except your saved games.
Origin isnt allowing me to dl the game...SMH
