@MrMig57 and @Yam_Hyena , I don't think in past versions of the Sims (Sims 1, 2, 3) that any exclusive content was ever re-released at a later date. 🤔 It used to be that depending on which retailer you got the expansion from would have a different promo that was exclusive to that retailer. However, since the bonuses from Cottage Living and High School Years are not involving any specific retailers, there is more of a chance that they could rerelease these items later. 🙂
However, the entire point of a limited time offer is to get people to buy the pack around the time it comes out, as opposed to waiting 6 months, or 1 year, or 3 and a half years. If they were to re-release the Cottage Living bonus items now, it would make people think that they would do the same for the High School pack's bonus items, and then not as many people would buy the High School Years pack right away, so it wouldn't make much sense for EA to re-release the CottL bonus items at this time.🤨 This could also be troublesome for players if they released the CottL bonuses now, making them think that the HSY bonuses would also be available in a year, which there is not guarantee for that. That would mean people who wanted those items might assume they would be available later, and if they aren't then they would miss out ! 😭
So, I would think if these bonuses are ever going to be made available again, it would most likely be when (or if) they stop giving out bonuses for new packs. 😉
The only thing that makes me think they might rerelease bonuses in the future is that there are several items that were exclusive to packs that they later added free to the base game.🤨
That said, the other limited time bonuses in the Sims 4 have not been rereleased (at least not that I know of). There were some bonuses that were released when the TS4 was released in 2014, then again around the time of the Vampires pack there was Grim's Ghoulish Guitar bonus item -- I am pretty sure these were never rereleased. And if you downloaded one of the Sims mobile games (I don't remember which one) you got a family portrait item (the one bonus item that I don't have) and that certainly has never been rereleased! 😥
So, while it is possible that these could be rereleased, it doesn't seem likely!
