I am very embittered by this situation. after 15 years when I spent a lot of money buying The Sims products, the answer they gave you is not satisfactory. Other video games have protection systems against the false flag. In the family we also play with other entertainment platforms and I can assure you that when signals and contents are not considered offensive, etc. Etc. Well, you risk being banned in turn. But this also happens in forums all over the world. I do not understand where is the difficulty in inserting at least this protection. It is very discouraging!
