I only have the base game, Get To Work, and Parenthood at the moment and I heard I need to make a lot of content in order to become an ea game changer but I feel like that wouldn't be possible without all the packs. I can't afford to buy all the packs at the moment, is there a way for me to be able to create quality content with only the 2 packs that I have?

In the meantime, if you're looking for inspiration in creating content, a great place to go is the official Sims forums. Players post screenshots of their sims and discuss storylines with each other, and you may get an idea of what you'd like to do by engaging in the discussions there.
