Did you ever happen to learn how to do it? I have my legacy family that I was going to take a picture of while Gen 3 was having a baby shower. Gen 1 both parents died during the baby shower & now the only photo I have of the entire family is the one from the gallery. I swear we used to be able to locate them but I don't remember and I haven't been able to find anything.
